Order Dispatch Terms:
Parcel dispatch on the day of the order:
If your order is placed before 16:00, it will be delivered to the transport company on the same day. If placed after 16:00, it will be delivered on the next working day at the latest.
Contact with a manager before order dispatch:
After clicking the "Place Order" button, you will receive an SMS confirming that your order has been accepted.

Delivery Cost:
You can estimate the approximate delivery cost to your city using the "Nova Poshta" online calculator. Specify "Odesa" as the sender city, service type - "Branch-to-Branch" (to pick up at the "Nova Poshta" branch) or "Branch-to-Address" (to receive at the address you specify). Provide an approximate weight and dimensions of the shipment (e.g., a T-shirt may weigh 0.2 kg, a jacket - 0.5 kg, the package size may be 30x20x5 cm).

Online card payment is the simplest and most convenient method.
Cash on Delivery:
Available for orders over 300 UAH.
You pay the order value directly to the carrier upon receiving the goods, but you also pay for the money return service (according to the carrier's tariffs).
